- Yes there is. I is a liquid that you drop on thier food. Places like Pet world and Petco sell itt. I costs around 5 dollars and it can be very helpful., ALso talk to the pet store about the symptoms becuase there are other things that can resemble wet tail but need different things
- At petstores, bottled medicine can be dropped into their water once daily but the only kinds ive seen are for preventing wet tail, not treating it. Wet tail is very serious though and can be worsened by stress, so you need to get to a vet if at ala possible.
- I would try a ball paython fix up that wet tail fast
- There probable is, just ask the people there, they'll help you. You also might want to change you hamster's diet. That's probable why he got wet tail.
- The best medicine out there is a product by Oasis called Wet Tail Treatment Plus with Probiotic. I know that Petsmart carries it for $7.99. This works so well because it also has electrolytes that help to keep the hamster hydrated. It is the dehydration that the hamsters die from. It works so well that my vet is now telling other hamster owners to use it when their hamsters get sick. I have never found the Dri Tail that others have mentioned to be effective. -Janice http://www.holmdenhillhaven.com
- find a vet, store medicine dosn't work.
